We bring authentic Brazilian Jiu Jitsu straight from the North East of Brazil to the heart of Chelmsford, Essex. Reef offers a range of classes and training sessions catering for everyone, from beginner to professional, in a safe and friendly environment.
Our coaches are the most experienced and successful in the region, and have a passion to help you achieve your goals. The team is headed by ZR Team UK head coach, Alain Guerra Pozo, 3rd degree Blackbelt under the world renown Mestre Ze Radiola. Our academy is named for the home city of both ZR Team and our head coach Alain -Recife (translation -Reef) It is our mission to bring all the flavour, fun and excitement of the true Brazilian Jiu Jitsu to our new home in Essex.
Our team, formally operating as Punchstrong Academy, have been running BJJ classes in Chelmsford since 2012.
